As a fitness provider, St Anthony’s Fitness Educators Limited has offered health and fitness solutions to our community for 4 years. We not only offer physical exercise programs for our members, but we also provide wellness programs to educate and support healthy lifestyles such as weight management, stress reduction, with a SPECIAL FOCUS on personal training for fitness goals. Our program also includes nutritional counseling, personalized fitness assessments, and on going support from our certified, experienced and caring trainers.

Our facility’ programs are designed with our member’s total wellness in mind by our team of experts, including certified personal fitness trainers, and qualified training experts in swimming and wellness fields.

SAFEL offers a wide range of group classes, all professionally designed and led, that target your unique needs. You will not be lost in a crowd. Our class sizes are limited and offered frequently, enabling our professional trainers to spend the time necessary to maximize results. We offer private sessions in weight-training, nutrition, swimming and cardiovascular endurance.

St Anthony’s Fitness Educators Limited features a complete state of the art facility. However, we do not rely on equipment only to make us the leader in fitness. We understand that a knowledgeable courteous staff is essential to your and our success. Our trainers have all been educated and certified in their respective fields of expertise. We don’t just hire anyone that looks fit. We require a deep knowledge of physiology and fitness, as well as a friendly, understanding and caring demeanor. Our trainers are not here to judge you; they are here to support you on your journey.
